Delivery

Once the payment has been verified and validated, the restaurants participating in the service will proceed to deliver the order. The necessary billing and delivery data will be provided to the participating restaurants, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

The user is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address of the order. If this is indicated incorrectly, LA TREMENDA in question will try to contact the user and resolve the error but decline all responsibility derived from these errors on the part of the user.

The delivery time, which in any case will be indicative, will be indicated at the time of placing the order, either through the website or by telephone. LA TREMENDA is not responsible for any delay due to causes beyond their control. 

The user must check the products received in the presence of the delivery personnel to verify their integrity and condition in order to give their approval. Otherwise, LA TREMENDA is not responsible for possible errors in delivery.
